Our story
What began as a home ritual became a small way to share comfort with neighbors.
We bake sourdough in small batches, using slow fermentation and simple ingredients to create loaves with deep flavor, crisp crusts, and a tender crumb.
Every bake is shaped around care: feeding the starter, watching the dough, scoring each loaf, and sending bread out while it is still fresh enough to make the kitchen smell warm.
The menu stays intentionally focused so each order can be made with attention. Seasonal loaves change with inspiration, while the classic sourdough remains the heart of the menu.

The kitchen is not licensed or inspected as a commercial food establishment, and orders are available only where allowed under Michigan cottage food rules.
